Capacities are going up, prices are coming down, and <a title="FusionIO ioDrive Duo" href="http://www.engadget.com/2009/03/11/fusion-io-breaks-out-roomy-nimble-iodrive-duo-ssds/">performance is getting better</a> - especially with the advent of the new PCIe based cards which lap SATA II.</p>
